About Us

Coldwell Banker Move began operations in Porto in 2013 under a different brand name, establishing the network’s first office in the city of Porto. The team, composed of professionals with extensive experience in the local market and a strong market presence, has built its identity around a careful selection of the properties it represents.

The agency’s work has earned it recognition for marketing exclusive properties in the city, including properties that stand out for their architecture, location, history, or truly unique characteristics.

“The city is familiar with our approach—rigorous and transparent—to real estate brokerage.

Joining a new venture was seen by all of us as an opportunity to gain scale, visibility, and a direct connection to international demand, with particular relevance to growing markets such as the North American market,” said Rui Lopes, co-founder and CEO of Coldwell Banker Move, at the time of the opening.

Ana Ribeiro, co-founder of the operation, emphasizes the continuity of this new phase: “We have always based our work on close relationships with our team and our clients. It’s a pleasure to have them with us in this new phase. In Coldwell Banker, we’ve found a partner aligned with our values and our vision for the future.”
