Founded in 2021 and based in Lisbon, Coldwell Banker Seed was born from a shared vision between Eden Bouchoucha and Semih Menda. Eden’s experience in the real estate market, combined with Semih’s background in filmmaking and the creation of campaigns for international brands, led to a distinctive approach where strategy, creativity, and trust work together.
