Having almost 30 years of experience as a Business Consultant, and in the Real Estate market for about 3 years, I position myself as a Consultant, capable of covering all types of Clients, from Individuals and Individual Investors to Developer Companies and Real Estate Funds.
In view of my Academic Qualification and Professional experience, I have good knowledge in terms of Technical positioning in Civil Construction, in terms of Taxation and Negotiation and in terms of the Real Estate Market, as a whole, allowing me to position myself more incisively in the Premium, Luxury and Ultra-luxury Segment.
The relationship that has been made over time with promoters and builders has helped me to understand the market in a more transversal and comprehensive way.
My perception of the Market in the North Zone and particularly in Greater Porto, positions me as a credible, informed and reliable Business Partner, to support the best Possible Transaction, both for Buyers and Sellers.
