Joana Petronilho

Description

After completing my degree in Architecture at Faculdade Lusíada de Lisboa in 2004, I began my career with an internship at an architectural company in Lisbon, followed by a position at Camâra Municipal de Cascaisl, in the Sports Department, where I developed skills in project management and coordination.

With an interest in the real estate sector, I specialized in Property Valuations at ESAI School and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Management and Team Leadership at ENEB to improve my leadership abilities and team collaboration.

In 2016, I founded ReHab, a company that combines architecture and real estate brokerage, with a brand closely linked to design.

My interest in financial markets and real estate projects, as well as commercial interactions, have always been significant factors that strengthen relationships and provide me with a real understanding of the real estate market.

Managing a team is a daily challenge that motivates me. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, I am passionate about design, photography, music, and nature.
