I have an academic background in International Relations, and my professional journey over the past 17 years has focused on human resources development in its various dimensions, specialized recruitment, labour market research, functional consulting, vocational and career counselling, outplacement methodology, and job search strategy development. Over the last 12 years, I have been accompanying professionals in processes of personal and professional development.Throughout my career, my focus has always been on people, which is precisely why I have always been passionate about real estate.
