Paulo Sousa, with a degree in Psychology, a Master's in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, after working in the fascinating field of Psychology, I have been in the real estate business since 2015.
From 2015 to the present, I have discovered a new field that fascinates me, where I work in Human Resources and Recruitment.
My goal is to walk side by side with professionals in this field, helping real estate consultants to develop and become better every day. I enjoy supporting career development!
I am a person with a special fondness for communication and working with people. I consider the real estate industry to be a people business, with people and for people, where the crucial criterion for working in this activity is the passion for helping people. I believe that the true value of organizations lies in people, making it increasingly critical to maximize human resources and retain them in organizations.
I highlight perseverance and a great respect for people as key characteristics.
As a Human Resources specialist in the real estate market, my goal is to attract and select the best professionals for the sector. My mission is to help potential real estate entrepreneurs structure themselves, offering them service solutions and experiences tailored to their goals.
