Dedicated, serene and a friend of your friend. This is how, at the age of 41, Pedro Prates describes himself. With 14 years of experience in real estate mediation in Portugal, the Boarding Manager of Coldwell Banker City is motivated by the impact it can have on people's lives, if it meets their dreams and goals, even developing relationships of true complicity with its customers. The experience as a Civil Engineering student in England not only gave him knowledge: it made him adaptable to new people, a new language and a new way of being, qualities that also stand out in the real estate business. In addition to enjoying playing computer, Pedro is passionate about the countryside, where he likes to go hiking, and climbing, a sport he practices with his family and that helps him to focus - even uncomplicate - on his profession.
