He began his journey in the catering industry, where he developed a keen awareness of his actions and words in order to create empathetic relationships with customers. Life has always called him to challenges. An adventure lover, he loves camping, going far away, to places where everything depends on you and you feel challenged to overcome limits and find solutions. It's no coincidence that sailing has been part of his life for years, contributing to his resilient, strategic and disciplined spirit. In his room, a wall isn't just a wall; it's a space of inspiration, where he writes down his personal and professional goals. Santiago enjoys reading, exercising daily and finding ways to evolve, characteristics that, combined with his command of Spanish and English, make him a promising force.
