The building/restaurant is located in the historic district of Alcântara.
The Alcântara neighborhood has become a bustling nightlife hub. Modern crowds converge on the riverside restaurants and nightclubs in the converted warehouses of the Santo Amaro docks, next to the 25 de Abril bridge.

CONCEPT
The concept of the restaurant is based on traditional Portuguese cuisine with several dishes that highlight precisely this choice.

MENU
The daily menu consists of 18/20 dishes, of which 14/15 are fixed.

TIMETABLE
Opening hours are Monday to Friday (12pm-3pm / 7pm-10pm).
The restaurant is closed on weekends and holidays and also for an annual vacation period for 1 month.

DINING ROOMS
The restaurant has two dining rooms, on the ground floor with 20 seats and a room on the 1st floor with 40 seats.
It should be noted that until the appearance of Covid the restaurant had 70 seats, but by choice of the management and on a daily basis it works only with the aforementioned 60 seats, because the room on the 1st floor can accommodate groups of up to 50 people.

It is also possible to work with a terrace (they have already done so) dealing with the license that has to be renewed every year. This terrace can accommodate up to 16 people.

The company's organizational structure is composed of 10 employees, including the 2 managers, all of whom have fixed-term employment contracts, excluding a cook who is in a trial period.

CAR PARKS
It should be noted that there are currently two car parks very close to the restaurant, one 150m away on Rua do Arco a Alcântara and the other 400m at the end of Avenida de Ceuta on Rua João de Oliveira Miguens.

Being inserted, and as already mentioned, in a neighborhood in profound transformation, where in addition to the real estate rehabilitation of the area, large investments in public and private structures are beginning to appear, from the largest national private hospital, CUF TEJO, located 500 m from the restaurant, and the future Alcântara metro station practically at the same distance.

Also noteworthy is the new office building, Edifício Allo, where large companies such as Galp, EY, etc. are already installed and where it is estimated that between 3000 and 4000 people will work, as well as the LX Factory. Lx Factory was an old fabric factory that gained a new life. Completely reformulated and transformed into a creative and trendy hub, it has a little bit of everything, from startups to restaurants.
