With more than 40 years of experience in the field of IT and a career guided by the tireless search for answers to problems, Pedro Esteves is an entrepreneur and a solution maker. He started programming at the age of 17, founded a computer school in Maristas and helped open a computer institute in Parede. Over time, he realized that solving problems went far beyond code and transitioned to consulting and commercial management, always with a clear purpose: to help people find what they really need.
In 2019, he decided to bring this mentality to real estate. The passion for homes has always accompanied him – he is already in his 8th home in 32 years of marriage – and he realized that this was the sector where he could combine experience, strategy and proximity to customers. Today, he has a portfolio that includes aggregated businesses for sale and leases, areas that give him particular satisfaction.
But Pedro does not limit himself to selling houses. For him, each client is unique and the relationship goes far beyond the contract. Do you need a doctor for your sick child? It helps. Do you need a trusted contact? He finds it. Because working with Pedro Esteves is more than closing a deal – it's about creating relationships based on ethics, loyalty and commitment.
He identifies deeply with Coldwell Banker City, where he found an environment that reflects his values. In 2022, he created the Hejmo team (which means "house" in Esperanto), with a set of skills for selling real estate.
He speaks English and Spanish, is fun and passionate about challenges. In his spare time, he likes to read novels and cook – and when he cooks, he always makes three dishes per meal. He sleeps little, but compensates with energy and dedication.
