Graduated in Hotel Management from the International University, I developed my professional career in a fascinating hotel and tourism activity, mainly in the areas of sales and marketing. Over almost 30 years I have been able to watch and follow the evolution of the industry in its trends, on the one hand with the increasing centralization of focus on customer experience, and on the other, with great pride, with the evolution of our country as a destination for world reference for both short-term and residential tourism. During the pandemic I re-started studying, this time Marketing and Communication, with a greater focus on the digital aspect.At Coldwell Banker I found the possibility of combining my two passions: providing satisfaction and happiness to the customer, placing his “interests above all others”, and working on the product through the most appropriate strategy for the desired objective. Whatever challenge you have for me, I am sure that together we will be able to overcome it.
