Urban Lots for construction

Two Urban Lots with an approved construction project for the construction of 1 Building on each lot, with a total of 32 dwellings. Located in a consolidated expansion area of the city of Ponta Delgada, with access to good road infrastructures and services. The project developed presents a modern image in a developing area of Ponta Delgada, with a bold design, large living rooms with kitchen, and large windows, introducing a differentiating aesthetic. The project is also based on principles of energy efficiency and sustainability, preference for local materials, and is developed around a small public space, which includes a covered area for better use of outdoor spaces. The apartments have varied typologies, which respond to the different needs of the market. The project foresees the construction of Lot B7 of 10 Apartments (4 T2, 5 T3 and 1 T4) and Lot B8 of 22 Apartments (5 T1, 9 T2 and 8 T3).
