We invite you to take advantage of the multiple proposal system, between the 15th and 29th of November, and to launch your best proposal. On November 30 at 12 noon we will open all proposals with the owner and announce the
Winning:
• You must present your proposal on a form to be delivered at the end of the visit, and deliver it on time. It will be kept in a sealed letter and gathered with all the other proposals.
• On 11/30 at 12 pm, we will meet with the owner, open all the proposals and read them aloud. On the same day we communicate the winning proposal. On the other hand, if none of the proposals are expected by the owner, we will also communicate and launch a counterproposal on the same day.

The interior of the space has a capacity to seat 45 people. It includes a projector and screen, as well as a sound system. It is the perfect space for customers to watch sporting events, as it is reinforced with an acoustic ceiling. For the staff there are lockers to store belongings and a room reserved for them.

The terrace seats 25 more people, totaling 70 seats available.

It has a fully re-equipped kitchen for 100% electric, a state-of-the-art smoke extraction system with activated carbon and ozone and a 3 m compensated hood that provides efficiency and flexibility for different types of cuisine.

It includes 2 windows with a fisheye effect, one hot and one cold and both neutral, and a fully equipped bar area.

It has two bathrooms, one for men and one for women.
