Founded in 1990, Luxus was the first real estate agency to operate exclusively in the luxury residential and tourism segment in Portugal. It has been involved in the marketing of some of the most emblematic real estate deals in our country, such as the sale of the Quinta Patino palace, Parque Expo and the installation of world-renowned brands such as Louis Vuitton, MaxMara and David Rosas.
In 2018, Luxus joined the global real estate network, Coldwell Banker, becoming the brand's first franchisee in Portugal, offering the most advanced real estate promotion tools, specialized training, a global distribution network, and a brand with ethical values and a high sense of social responsibility.
